We want you to feel confident in your purchase! Because hair extensions are considered a hygienic product, we follow strict return guidelines.

Returns are NOT accepted.
📦 Condition of Items
-Unopened, unused extensions with original packaging & hygiene seal intact: Eligible for exchange only (only if wrong color/length was received).
-Opened, worn, or tampered extensions (seal broken): Not eligible for return/exchange due to hygiene and safety standards.
-Clearance, promotional, or final sale items: Not eligible for return.
💳 Refunds & Credits
Eligible exchanges receive a store credit.
🚚 How to Start a Return
-Email us at ag.happybug@gmail.com with your order number and reason for an exchange. Please note, we do not cover return shipping.
-We’ll provide return instructions.
Once received and inspected, your exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.
