🌞 Morning Routine (Clean • Refresh • Protect)
Step | Purpose | Product | How to Use / Tips |
1. Cleanser | Remove overnight oils, sweat, and impurities without over-drying. | Wash with lukewarm water, gentle massage ~30 seconds, rinse. Pat dry.
2. Serum / Oil Control / Blemish Treatment | Reduce oil/shine, prevent breakouts, refine pores. | Apply a small amount to areas prone to shine, pores, or blemishes. Let absorb.
3. Moisturizer | Hydrate skin and help barrier; avoid greasiness. | Apply evenly to face & neck. If skin is oily, use less; if dry, more.
4. Sunscreen | Prevent UV damage, aging, dark spots. | Any cruelty-free mineral SPF 30+ | Use as final morning step. Apply generously; reapply if outside a lot or after sweating. |
🌙 Night Routine (Repair • Calm • Restore)
Step | Purpose | Product | How to Use / Tips |
1. Cleanser | Remove grime, sunscreen, pollution. | Gentle massage, rinse. If double-cleansing: first with oil or balm if needed, then with gentle face wash.
2. Treatment / Active Serum | Address specific concerns (acne, texture, oil) | Use 2-3 nights per week initially if using strong active. Patch test first. On non-active nights, skip to moisturizer.
3. Moisturizer / Night Cream | Hydrate deeply, support skin repair overnight. | If skin feels tight, layer a few drops of a natural facial oil (if vegan) under moisturizer.
4. Beard & Hair (if applicable) | If you have facial hair, care for beard and skin underneath to avoid itch / irritation. | After shower, towel-dry beard, massage a few drops into skin under beard + along hair. Helps growth and reduces flaking. |
🗓 Weekly / Occasional Care
